WHY DO I FACILITATE SOUND BATHS?
My Intention is to help people feel better. I believe sound, like most things in life, can be fundamentally good or bad. When it makes you smile and opens your heart, (a favorite song, birds singing, water flowing, laughter) these are good frequencies. When it creates stress inside of you, (arguments, shrill alarms, EMFs, fear) these are bad frequencies. Sound can organize the chaotic (bad) frequencies back into coherent (good) frequencies through resonance and entrainment. Being bathed in healing frequencies (Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, Therapeutic Tuning Forks and many others) allows your body to use the frequencies that are needed to self-correct the chaotic areas. Helping to create a steady flow of energy in your system. Your shoulders relax, your breathing slows down and a feeling of peace returns. Sound is the most ancient and natural way to create change. What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a group meditation where you are literally bathed in the frequencies from healing instruments. For the purpose of reducing your stress levels. Letting go of stress starts the process of allowing your body to be more efficient in self-correcting the areas that are out of balance. Everyone has a personal experience with sound. And every session can bring a different outcome depending on what you need at the time. Sound helps you to reach levels of stillness that can be hard to achieve on your own. I have been a Sound Practitioner since 2017 in Livingston County, Michigan. I received my Graduation Certificate after successfully completing all 8 levels of the in-person program from Wind Willow Sound Health. I have continued my education online with classes from Dr. John Beaulieu (Biosonics), David Gibson (Sound Healing Center) and Dr. Jeffrey Thompson (The Center for Neuroacoustic Research). Healing Sounds will be at Pathfinder School in Pinckney, MI from 6:30-7:30pm. This Sound Bath combines the frequencies from Tibetan Bowls, Paiste Gongs, Tingshas and Koshi Chimes. To help you reach states of stillness and calm that can be difficult to achieve on your own. Reducing your stress levels and leaving you feeling rested and revitalized. Healing Sounds will be at the Hamburg Senior Center in Hamburg, MI from 2:00-3:00pm. I will have 9 Tibetan Bowls, 2 Paiste Gongs, Tingshas and Koshi Chimes for you to experience. You will feel the relaxation penetrate to your very core. You must be a member to attend this event. The membership is only $5.00 for the entire year.
